Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Kleeno platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and service providers who access or use Kleeno.
Kleeno Inc. ("Kleeno," "we," "our," or "us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. About Kleeno
Kleeno is an online marketplace that enables customers to locate, book, and pay independent third-party home service providers ("Pros"). Kleeno facilitates bookings and payment processing but does not itself perform any home services. Independent Pros are solely responsible for the quality, legality, licensing, insurance, and performance of the services they offer.
Kleeno is not a staffing agency, contractor, employer of Pros, or guarantor of any specific service outcome.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
- You must be a resident of the United States or have a valid US address for service.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or submitting a booking.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Bookings
When you submit a booking request through Kleeno:
- You are requesting — not guaranteeing — availability from an independent Pro in your area.
- A booking is confirmed only when a Pro accepts the request and Kleeno sends you a confirmation.
- Kleeno reserves the right to cancel or reassign bookings at its discretion if a Pro becomes unavailable.
- You agree to provide accurate location, access, and job information to the Pro.
- You are responsible for being present or making arrangements for property access at the agreed service time.
5. Payments
All payments on the Kleeno Platform are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Kleeno does not store your payment card information.
- Service pricing is set by individual Pros and displayed before booking confirmation.
- Pro subscription fees (Starter, Growth, Elite plans) are billed monthly and include a 14-day free trial where applicable.
- All prices are in US dollars.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Customer cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled service are free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee at the Pro's discretion.
- Pro cancellations: If a Pro cancels a confirmed booking, Kleeno will attempt to find a replacement Pro or issue a full refund.
- Pro subscription cancellations: Pro subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for partial months.
- Refund disputes: Contact us at kleenoinc@outlook.com within 7 days of service completion to initiate a refund request.
7. Provider Responsibilities
Independent Pros who use the Kleeno Platform agree to:
- Provide accurate information about their qualifications, licensing, and service areas
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the services they offer
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Perform services in a professional, safe, and timely manner
- Not engage in price gouging, discrimination, or fraudulent activity
- Respond to booking requests within the timeframe displayed on their profile
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide a safe working environment for Pros
- Communicate service requirements clearly and accurately
- Treat Pros with respect and professionalism
- Do not attempt to circumvent the Platform by booking or paying Pros directly outside of Kleeno
- Report any safety concerns or misconduct to Kleeno promptly
9. Disclaimers
THE KLEENO PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. KLEENO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Any particular Pro will be available or will meet your expectations
- The results of any service performed by a Pro will satisfy your requirements
Kleeno performs background checks on Pros as a courtesy measure but does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such checks and is not liable for the actions of independent Pros.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLEENO INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES PERFORMED BY PROS.
Kleeno's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the total amount paid by you to Kleeno in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed by contacting Kleeno support at kleenoinc@outlook.com. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in the State of Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit with respect to Kleeno.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
